At Apparelgenix, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-printed products. Because our items are made to order, we only offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions.
Return Policy
We accept returns and offer replacements only in the following cases:
- The product is defective.
- The print quality is poor.
- The final product differs significantly from the one displayed on our website.
To request a refund or replacement, you must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A clear photo showing the defect or issue
Our team will review your request and provide a resolution, including a replacement if necessary.
Important Notes
- Unauthorized returns or returns of washed, worn, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be forfeited.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

When We Offer Free Replacements
If an error or defect occurs on our end, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Simply submit a support request with a photo of the affected item, and we will process your replacement immediately.
When We Do Not Accept Returns, Refunds, or Replacements
We do not accept returns or refunds for issues caused by user error, including:
- Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).
- Choosing the wrong design or color.
- Change of mind after purchase.
Cancellations, Refunds, & Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.
However, if you believe Apparelgenix made an error in your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Processing Time for Replacements & Refunds
- Claims are reviewed within 72 business hours.
- If approved, you will receive a new order confirmation and tracking details for your replacement. Processing and shipment typically take 5 – 10 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed immediately, but depending on your payment method, it may take 5 – 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
