Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping.

Fast & Reliable Shipping

We ship via OSM, UPS, DHL, and other trusted partners, offering multiple shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
• Express Shipping: Faster delivery based on destination, with expedited order processing
• International Shipping: 1-2 weeks, depending on location

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination.

Worldwide Delivery

We provide international shipping with full tracking to 32 countries. However, shipping is not available to certain restricted locations, including Cuba, North Korea, and Iran.

Returns & Replacements

Since all products are custom-made, we only accept returns in the following cases:
✔ Defective items
✔ Poor print quality
✔ Incorrect products received

To request a return or replacement, you must submit a claim within 15 days of delivery, including photos for verification. If we made an error, we will replace your item at no additional cost, and you do not need to return the original item.

Cancellations & Exchanges

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
• After 12 hours, orders enter processing and can no longer be canceled or changed.

Free Replacements for Errors

If we make a mistake with your order, we will send a free replacement at no extra cost, with no return required.
